Medical Director (Full-Time)

We are looking for a dedicated Medical Director to ensure the efficient operation of our clinical department. The Medical Director’s responsibilities include coordinating medical teams, achieving the groups mission goals, and executing policies, systems, and agendas. The Medical Director will work to improve the overall care quality of our group and work to enhance relationships with clients who work with our agency.

To be a successful Medical Director, you should be dedicated to promoting the trust and professionalism of our agency within the professional community. You should have good managerial and organizational skills, as well as excellent medical knowledge and training.

Medical Director Responsibilities:

  • Examining and coordinating the facility’s activities to guarantee medical quality.
  • Assisting with training, continuing education, and promotion of subordinate staff.
  • Liaising with medical and non-medical departments and enhancing relationships with clients.
  • Updating, amending, and replacing medical policies.
  • Evaluating and managing any disfunction of medical and non-medical departments.
  • Ensuring staff compliance with federal and state regulations and codes.

Medical Director Requirements:

  • A Medical degree and board certification in family medicine, emergency care, or occupational health.
  • A license and certification to practice medicine.
  • Ten or more years’ experience in clinical medicine.
  • Five or more years’ experience in hospital administration.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Good computer and electronic record skills.
  • Excellent managerial and organizational skills.

Finance Associate (Full-Time)

We are looking for a Boston based Finance Associate to join us in this exciting phase of fast growth and building for scale. You will play a key role in developing scalable financial processes from scratch. You’ll be involved in building and performing all finance aspects of a fast-growing startup, including financial and fiscal reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, treasury & cash management and setting up the control framework. In this role, you will directly report to the VP Finance and managing partner.

Finance Associate Responsibilities:

  • (Co)develop and maintain the Financial Accounting and Reporting infrastructure, compliant with the local, state, & federal government reporting requirements
  • Support daily operations across all business entities, including automating and maintaining Accounts Payable, Payroll and Tax filings
  • Develop and implement business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
  • Design, implement and prepare periodical reporting, Budget and Forecast up to Board Level
  • Involve in general finance projects

Finance Associate Requirements:

  • BS/MS degree in Finance, preferably with advanced degree in Accounting or Tax
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
  • Experience with creating financial statements and month-end/year-end close processes
  • Tech savvy with a relentless drive to simplify and automate
  • Experience in implementing and operating of Accounting software like QuickBooks or similar is a plus
  • Passion for technology, intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn
  • Fluent in English

Medical Writer Pharm.D. (Full-Time)

We are looking for a medical writer that uses scientific knowledge and writing skills to effectively and clearly communicate technical medical science information in writing. Medical Writers will generally focus on either scientific medical writing, which includes medical studies, drug trials and regulatory documents, or marketing medical writing, which includes news releases and advertising copy for a wider audience. Looking for a medical writer that is familiar with hospitals, academic institutions and pharmaceutical companies.

Medical Writer Responsibilities:

  • Medical Writers will work with clinical teams and clients to understand the nature of the scientific work that they will be covering.
  • Assess data or products using their medical expertise, and quickly develop expertise in new areas as needed for their writing.
  • Conduct comprehensive literature searches to enhance their background understanding, and evaluate and analyze the information they will be writing about.
  • Compile, write and edit medical writing deliverables covering all phases of clinical research for submission to regulatory agencies.
  • Comprehensive clinical study reports, study protocols, annual reports, investigator brochures, risk/benefit analysis and integrated summaries.

Medical Writer Requirements:

  • Doctor of Pharmacy Degree or Equivalent
  • Clinical writing experience
  • Minimum 2 years of work-related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft excel and word
  • Ability to be self-directed and working on multi-disciplinary teams
